Frequently Asked Questions
01 Can a DSC be used on multiple computers?
A DSC USB token can be plugged into any computer — the key is stored on the token hardware, not on the computer. However, the DSC driver software must be installed on each computer.
02 What happens when my DSC expires?
An expired DSC cannot be used to sign documents. MCA, GST portal, and income tax filings will be rejected. We track your DSC expiry dates and renew before expiry.
03 Is Aadhaar mandatory for getting a DSC?
Aadhaar eKYC is the most common and fastest method. Applicants without Aadhaar can use video-based KYC or physical document-based KYC (slower). Foreign nationals use their passport and video KYC.
